FAQ's

Do I need to be home? 

No. As long as your bins are accessible and we can reach an outdoor tap and electrical plg, we can clean while you're out. We'll let you know when the job's done.

Do my bins need to be empty? 

Yes. We clean each bin when it's empty, the day after after collection day. That's why all-three service is completed over two visits, since garbage and recycling go out on alternating weeks.

What if it rains? 

We work in most weather. If conditions make the job unsafe or impossible, we will reach out to reschedule at no charge.

How often should I get my bins cleaned?

For most homes, a clean once a month keeps things fresh. Some customers prefer a deep clean after summer, when bins work the hardest, or before company comes over. We don't push a schedule on you, book whenever your bins need it.

Will my bins still attract flies and pests?

A deep clean removes the food residue, drips, and buildup that attract flies, maggots, and other pests in the first place. Cleaner bins are naturally less appealing to them. We can't promise no pests ever, since that depends on how bins are used between visits, but a fresh bin is a much less welcoming one.

What's the difference between a deep clean and just hosing it out?

Hosing out a bin moves the grime around. Our deep clean uses proper equipment and cleaning products to actually lift residue, cut through buildup, and remove odours, then we deodorize so the bin smells fresh, not just damp.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash and e-transfer. Payment is due on completion of service.
